The study was conducted in Al-Khums, Libya, using the predictive correlational descriptive approach, on a purposive sample of (40) elderly men aged (50–60) years. The researcher applied the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) and the Psychological Quality of Life Scale. The results showed that the level of physical activity was moderate (68.20%), while the level of psychological quality of life was high (71.63%). A positive and statistically significant correlation was found between the two variables (r = 0.678). Physical activity significantly contributed to predicting psychological quality of life, explaining 45.9% of its variance. The study recommended designing specialized sports programs for the elderly, raising awareness about the importance of physical activity, providing safe facilities, and integrating physical activities into social and healthcare services.
