Abstract

The introduction of a virtual education system has become an indispensable necessity today, as countries around the world have turned to this method of building knowledge. However, keeping pace with developments in virtual reality has presented difficult challenges for the education system in Libya, starting with the problem of qualification, training and refinement of technological skills that enable teachers and learners to find a mechanism for interaction in order to build scientific knowledge. In addition to the material obstacles that may hinder the implementation of virtual education, such as the quality of internet networks, which can affect knowledge building through effective interaction between teachers and students remotely.  In addition to a set of psychological factors that may be caused by the virtual environment, such as social isolation and a lack of self-discipline among students in Libya as a result of social factors controlling them, there is also an education and consider it the most appropriate way to build knowledge.
