The Effect of Using the Part Method in Learning One of the Judo Skills among Students of the Faculty of Physical Education

This study aimed to examine the effect of using the part method in learning basic judo skills, specifically the (Osotogari) technique, among first-year students at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Tripoli. The researchers adopted the experimental method with pre- and post-tests on a sample of (10) students. A proposed educational program lasting (9) weeks was implemented using the part method. The results revealed statistically significant differences in favor of the post-test across all performance stages (preparatory, main, and final), with improvement rates ranging between (69.76% – 76.47%). The study concluded that applying the part method has a positive impact on enhancing the skill performance level of judo techniques among students.
