No other party interferes in editorial decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of research.
2. Integrity and Objectivity: The editorial board is committed to integrity and objectivity throughout all stages of the editorial and peer review process. Research is evaluated based on its scientific content, originality, and methodological quality, without any bias related to the author's race, gender, institutional, political, or religious affiliation.

6. Handling Scientific Misconduct: The journal adheres to the highest standards of scientific ethics and takes strict measures to address any instances of scientific misconduct, such as plagiarism, data falsification, or undisclosed conflicts of interest. If any of these instances are proven, the research may be rejected or withdrawn even after publication, and the relevant authorities will be notified.
7. Authors' Rights: The journal respects the intellectual property rights of authors. Upon acceptance of a research paper for publication, the copyright is transferred to the journal for the purpose of publishing and disseminating it widely. The journal reserves the right to publish it in print and electronic form.
8. Open Access: The journal seeks to provide broad and open access to the content of published research through its website, which enhances the dissemination of knowledge and the exchange of ideas.
9. Continuous Development: The editorial board is committed to periodically reviewing and developing the journal's policies and procedures with the aim of improving the quality of publication and keeping pace with best practices in the field of scientific publishing.
10. Responding to Complaints: The editorial board receives complaints from authors, reviewers, and readers seriously and works to address them fairly, transparently, and as quickly as possible.
