Abstract

his research aims to identify the level of evaluation of the scientific content of the volleyball training course at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Zawiya, from the students' perspective. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach. The sample consisted of (30) third-year students, randomly selected. The researcher used a questionnaire as the data collection tool, the validity and reliability of which were verified before its application to the main sample. After data collection and statistical analysis, the questionnaire, consisting of 16 items, was ready for application to the main research sample Appropriate statistical methods were used to achieve the study objectives by answering its questions                            

The main findings showed that the participants demonstrated an overall positive attitude toward the content of the volleyball course, as most items were rated at the “Agree” level, indicating student satisfaction. The results also emphasized the importance of providing a textbook and showed an acceptable balance between the theoretical and practical aspects of the course content, although there is a need to further enhance the practical aspect. In addition, the course content contributes to preparing students professionally, developing their sports culture, and keeping up with modern developments in volleyball.
