Abstract

  The study aimed to identify the effect of isometric and isotonic training on developing lower-limb muscular strength among judo players at Ben Zaidoun Club, The researcher used the experimental method with a one-group pre-test/post-test design, The sample consisted of 15 players, Leg muscular strength, standing vertical jump, barbell squat, and standing long jump were measured, The results showed statistically significant differences in favor of the post-test, with large effect sizes, confirming the effectiveness of the training program.
